Our expert delivery team will ensure your new furniture arrives in the room of your choice safe and sound. If you live within 30 miles of either of our furniture stores (excluding the Isle of Wight), our standard delivery fee of £59 will apply.
For deliveries to the Isle of Wight, a flat rate of £275 applies.

As soon as your new furniture arrives in our warehouse, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. The day before delivery (except weekends and Bank Holidays), we will contact you again to advise whether your delivery will be AM or PM, and on the day our delivery team will contact you when they are approximately 30 minutes away.
Delivery must be free from obstruction otherwise we may not be able to place your new furniture exactly where you’d like it. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details.
As part of our standard delivery, after our delivery team has placed your new furniture in the room of your choice, they will remove and take away all packaging and set up the following items1:
Making way for your lovely new furniture shouldn’t be a burden, which is why we offer a disposal service to get rid of your old items when we deliver your new ones4. The list below outlines our disposal fees.
Some of your furniture may be too large to be taken out your home in one piece and so will need to be dismantled. If you’re able to do this before our delivery team arrives, great! However, if you would prefer us to do the hard work then a fee of £25 per item to dismantle will apply5.
You may wish to collect your items instead of having them delivered. We are more than happy to accommodate this, although you won’t be able to benefit from our installation service and unfortunately we are unable to dispose of your old furniture.
You can arrange to collect your items from our warehouse in Hedge End, Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 16:00. Alternatively, you can collect from either of our furniture stores during normal opening hours. For our warehouse location, click here.
1Some of our items of furniture may need to be attached to walls as part of their installation in order to be safe and stable. Our installation services do not include attaching items to walls in your property. Where such attachment is necessary, you will need to arrange for that separately.
2Bed frames excluded from standard installation. Additional charge of £50 per bed frame for installation which must be arranged prior to delivery.
3Additional installation charge for all freestanding wardrobes and ‘Rauch’ items. Please contact us for a quote. ‘Wiemann’ items are included within the standard delivery and installation charge, however, a separate installer will contact you to arrange installation.
4Disposal can be arranged during the order process or any time up until the initial booking of your delivery with our warehouse. We cannot accept any items for disposal that have not been agreed when arranging the disposal service.
