Our expert delivery team will ensure your new furniture arrives in the room of your choice safe and sound. If you live within 30 miles of either of our furniture stores (excluding the Isle of Wight), our standard delivery charge of £49 will apply, except mattress only deliveries which is £29. For deliveries to the Isle of Wight, a standard flat rate of £250 applies.

As soon as your new furniture arrives in our warehouse, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. The day before delivery (except weekends and Bank Holidays), we will contact you again to advise whether your delivery will be AM or PM, and on the day our delivery team will contact you when they are approximately 30 minutes away.
Delivery must be free from obstruction otherwise we may not be able to place your new furniture exactly where you’d like it. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details.
As part of our standard delivery, after our delivery team has placed your new furniture in the room of your choice, they will remove and take away all packaging and set up the following items1:
You don’t need to worry about getting rid of your old furniture, we can do that for you. When we deliver your new furniture we can collect your old furniture and dispose of it4. If you would like us to remove and dispose of the same number of items (or fewer) as you are having delivered, there is a £75 charge. Any items in addition to the number you are having delivered will be an additional £25 per item.
Any items we are collecting for disposal that are too large to be taken out of your property must be dismantled by you before our delivery team arrives. If you wish for our delivery team to dismantle your old furniture, there is a £50 charge to dismantle the same number of items (or fewer) as you are having delivered5. Any items in addition to the number you are having delivered will be an additional £25 per item.
You may wish to collect your items instead of having them delivered. We are more than happy to accommodate this, although you won’t be able to benefit from our installation service and unfortunately we are unable to dispose of your old furniture. Collections can be arranged from our warehouse in Hedge End (Monday to Friday – 09:00 to 16:00) or from our New Milton furniture store during normal opening hours. 1Some of our items of furniture may need to be attached to walls as part of their installation in order to be safe and stable. Our installation services do not include attaching items to walls in your property. Where such attachment is necessary, you will need to arrange for that separately.
2Bed frames excluded from standard installation. Additional charge of £50 per bed frame for installation which must be arranged prior to delivery.
3Additional installation charge for all freestanding wardrobes and ‘Rauch’ items. Please contact us for a quote. ‘Wiemann’ items are included within the standard delivery and installation charge, however, a separate installer will contact you to arrange installation.
4Disposal can be arranged during the order process or any time up until the initial booking of your delivery with our warehouse. We cannot accept any items for disposal that have not been agreed when arranging the disposal service.
