We ask that you pay a minimum 20% deposit on all furniture items and 30% deposit on all carpets and flooring, and the remainder of any balance prior to delivery or collection. There is also the option to pay the full balance when placing your order. If you’re taking advantage of our finance options, the deposit is still required and then payments should be made in line with your agreement. If you have chosen a product where Direct Home Delivery is offered by the supplier, then we require the full balance upfront.
Please note that we only accept payments from UK credit or debit cards with a UK billing address. Cheques are not accepted.
